How do I make an exchange?

 · Be sure to include a note with your name, email address, ORDER # and the reason for the exchange as well as the desired size and/or style.

· Please NOTE Return/Exchanges is required approval before shipping back. Allow Marsae’s Boutique 24-48 hours to approve order before shipping back to facility. Without approval we will not process your order

 How long will my exchange or return take?

· Exchanges typically take 5-10 business days to be processed.

· If all information is not included in the package for your exchange this process will take longer.

 Who pays for the cost of shipping my return/exchange back to Marsae’s Boutique?

· The customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to send their product back to the Facility. Marsae’s Boutique is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred after the shipment of your initial order.   

 SHIPPING

 My package shows it was delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?

· Ask your friends/family that share your residence if anyone has received it. If no one has, contact your rental office or anyone in a similar position at your place of residence to verify that you have not received it.

· If the package whereabouts are still a mystery, send us an email to customerservice.marsaesboutique@gmail.com with your order # and a complaint.

· Marsae’s Boutique does not assume responsibility for mailed packages once they have shipped. USPS is responsible. Please use your tracking info to carefully track your package.

 My order has shipped but I still can’t track it. How can I find out where it is?

· Orders usually take about 48 hours to reflect upon the tracking number while the information for tracking is being input into the shipper’s system. The easiest fix is a little bit of patience.

Priority Shipping: $35.00 Flat Rate

USPS Standard First Class:14-30 Business Day Delivery.

USPS Priority: 10-14 Business Day Delivery.

 How do I calculate the shipping and handling for my order

 · We have flat rate shipping fees, there is one flat rate.

 . USPS Priority First Class 1-3 Business Days($6.99)

 . USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days($9.99)

 What if I want to get my product by a certain date?

· We do NOT offer rush shipping, however if you send your order # to customerservice.marsaesboutique@gmail.com we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 After I place my order how long will it take for my package to ship?

· Typically orders ship within 2-3 business days.

 How can I be notified when new product is available?

 Who can I contact about issues with my order?

· Email our customer service representatives at: customerservice.marsaesboutique@gmail.com

· Please include your order #, those emails without order numbers will take longer to have their issues resolved as they will involve additional communications.

· A customer service representative will get back to you within 48 hours on a business day and 72 hours on a weekend. We make every effort to get back to you as soon as possible but please be aware that due to high volume of emails sometimes it may take longer.

· Sending multiple emails WILL NOT increase your priority status.

 Are SALE items eligible for a Return? 

Items from the Sale/Clearance Page are FINAL SALE.

 How will I know when my store credit for online processed?

  · Your online credit will be processed 2-5 business days after we have received your order back from the USPS. It is counted from the day the tracking shows it was “PICKED UP” . You can always keep tracking by checking the tracking number you shipped it back to us with. 

 

 When do you restock on certain items? 

   · Restocks on items vary, it always depends if the style is available from our vendor and the current demand of the product. If an item becomes out of stock very quickly after being released, we will most likely restock within a week, but again isn't always promised. We always update on our instagram and Snapchat about restocks, so make sure to follow us on social media to stay updated  

   I received my order and my item is damaged, Can I get another item?

   ·  Yes, if your item arrived defective you have 3 business days from when the tracking shows "delivered" to contact us and inform us about the defect, please make sure to email us customerservice.marsaesboutique@gmail.com , a DM isn't considered a contact because it is always flooded with tons of questions, we will not be able to get to it in time.  We want to make sure you always have your items in great condition so please make sure to contact us within that time frame. Any days after that will not be considered for an exchange. 

 Can I return a bodysuit?  

· No. All bodysuits are FINAL SALE at all times. For hygiene purposes, to protect you and other customers, we can not take a bodysuit back. Even if its unworn. NO EXCEPTIONS.
